The reason Dharte AI can trigger a preventive maintenance alert at one plant from a failure pattern at another is that both plants record machine events in the same structure. This is why the automation layer and the ERP layer are the same product rather than two purchases.

Dharte AI automates the retrieval, routing and paperwork, and surfaces the exception. Approving the purchase order, accepting the deviation and publishing the plan remain yours. The AI Agent currently in development will extend this to taking defined actions on your behalf in natural language, and is not yet generally available.
