Scope
This policy covers the public Dharte AI website at dharte.ai. It does not describe how data is handled inside the Dharte AI product itself for customers who have signed an agreement — that is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you enter in it: your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, company name, the number of plants you operate, your industry, and any description of your current challenge that you choose to add.
We ask for this so that we can prepare a relevant demonstration and reply to you. Providing a phone number and a description of your challenge is optional; the remaining fields are required for the form to be submitted.
Information collected automatically
This website uses Vercel Analytics to record aggregate usage such as page views and referrers. It is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individual visitors.
How we use your information
- To respond to your demo request or enquiry
- To prepare a demonstration relevant to your industry, plant count and stated priorities
- To communicate with you about the Dharte AI platform
- To understand, in aggregate, how this website is used
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
Demo request details are delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. Website usage statistics are processed by Vercel Analytics. These providers process the data on our behalf in order to supply their service.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the business relationship or enquiry. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to support@dharte.ai and we will act on the request.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top.
