Build the software that runs a factory
We are a small product team in Gurgaon building an AI-powered manufacturing platform — production, procurement, inventory, quality, maintenance, sales and dispatch in one system. If you want your work in front of real users quickly, this is that kind of team.
Where we need people right now
3 open roles. Each one is listed in full — responsibilities, what we expect and what would help.
AI Engineer
EngineeringBuild LLM, RAG and agent systems on real manufacturing data — from architecture through to production deployment.
QA Engineer
QualityOwn release quality end to end and hold the gate on Staging and Client environments.
Business Analyst
ProductOpening soonTranslate how factories actually run into requirements engineering can build — and defend the flow when it doesn't make sense.
What working here actually looks like
Not perks. The things that change how your day goes.
Real factories, not demos
What you build is used on a shop floor by people whose production stops if it is wrong. The feedback loop is short and it is honest.
Own the whole problem
Requirement to architecture to deployment. Nobody here hands you a ticket with the thinking already done — and nobody takes the interesting part away from you either.
AI where it earns its place
LLMs, RAG, agents and OCR applied to purchase orders, delivery schedules and machine data — not a chatbot bolted onto a form.
Small team, visible work
A team this size means your work ships under your name and reaches customers in weeks, not quarters.
Breadth on purpose
Backend, data, AI, IoT and manufacturing domain in one product. You will learn areas you did not come in with.
Push back when it is wrong
Challenging a requirement that does not make business sense is part of every role here, including QA and BA.
How we hire
Five steps, no surprises, and a decision either way.
Application
You send your CV and a short note. Every application is read by the team you would join, not filtered by a keyword match.
Intro call
A 30-minute conversation about what you have built, what you want to build next, and what we are actually working on.
Technical round
A working session on a real problem from the product — reasoning through it together, not a whiteboard puzzle or a timed quiz.
Product & team round
How you think about a business flow, where you push back, and how you work with the people on the other side of a requirement.
Offer
A decision either way, with feedback. We aim to close the whole process within two weeks of the intro call.
