These terms govern your use of the public Dharte AI website at dharte.ai. Use of the Dharte AI product itself is governed by the separate written agreement entered into by the customer organisation, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
Use of this website
You may browse this website and use the demo request form for genuine enquiries about the platform. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to access parts of it you have not been granted access to, or to use automated means to submit the enquiry form.
Information on this website
We aim to describe the platform accurately, and we distinguish between capabilities that are available today and those described as on the roadmap or coming soon. Roadmap items are statements of intent, not commitments to a delivery date, and should not be relied on when making a purchasing decision.
Product capability, module scope and implementation timelines vary by customer and by configuration. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract or constitutes a warranty. Any specific commitment will be set out in a written agreement.
Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is a request, not a binding arrangement on either side. Please provide accurate details so that we can prepare something useful. What we do with those details is described in our Privacy Policy.

The content, design, wordmark and product names on this website belong to Dharte AI. You may quote or reference the material with attribution; you may not reproduce the site or present its content as your own.

Standards referenced on this site, including IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP, are the property of their respective owners and are named only to describe the processes the platform supports. Referencing a standard is not a claim of certification or endorsement by its owner.
